It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all site policies, terms, and conditions are read and understood prior to purchasing.

If the consumer does not agree to the terms, it is strongly recommended that they do not enter into a legally binding contract (i.e. the purchase).

Changes To This Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy was last modified on 12th December, 2022.

Saramanda Shoes and/or Keiko Brand may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. All changes to the policy are effective immediately and applicable to all orders processed on or after the last modified date above.

Taxes & Duties

All prices on Saramanda Shoes and Keiko Brand are in AUD.

For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your delivery fee, local sales taxes, or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Australia Post Domestic Delivery Terms & Conditions

This service requires a signature on delivery as this is the most secure method of shipping. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery may take between 1-5 business days and are dependent on the courier.

If no-one is home at the time of attempted delivery, Australia Post will take the parcel to the nearest Post Office or Delivery Centre for collection.

If the parcel is not collected within the Australia Post time frame and therefore returned to sender (RTS), Saramanda Shoes and/or Keiko Brand will contact the customer with options for re-shipment.

NOTE: Please ensure the entered address details are correct before submitting an order. If the parcel has been RTS due to incorrect address information, a re-delivery fee will apply. If the parcel has been deemed as lost by the courier due to incorrect address information, the customer will need to place a new order including new payment.

The above time frames are applicable provided there are no delays with Australia Post outside of Saramanda Shoes and/or Keiko Brand’s control.

This service is Authority to Leave,  which means that the driver will leave the parcel in a safe place on your premises without a signature.

Australia Post International Delivery Terms & Conditions

For international orders, please contact us at info@saramanda.com.au with information on the style, size, and quantity you are interested in and provide an address so that we can provide you with the lowest and most accurate shipping estimate.

This service is Authority to Leave,  which means that the driver will leave the parcel in a safe place on your premises without a signature. If the parcel is unable to be delivered safely, the parcel will be returned to sender.

*Please choose this service carefully, as we are not liable for loss, damage or theft if you choose a non-secure delivery service (i.e. no signature on delivery).

Delivery Delays

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on location.

During peak sale times and public holiday periods, delivery delays are to be expected. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are aware of potential delays per this shipping policy.

By placing their order, the customer also agrees to this shipping policy and understands that Saramanda Shoes and/or Keiko Brand are not liable for delays outside of our control and cannot guarantee delivery time frames.

Loss, Damage, & Delivery Disputes

If your tracking does not show as delivered within the recommended time frame, please contact us on info@saramanda.com.au and we will launch an enquiry on your behalf with the Shipping Carrier.

If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us as a priority on info@saramanda.com.au and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a resolution.

In the case where Authority to Leave (no signature on delivery) applies (i.e. international deliveries) and delivery shows as successful, Saramanda Shoes and/or Keiko Brand and the Shipping Carrier are removed of all responsibility, as the receiver has opted for a non-secure delivery method.

In the case where Signature on Delivery is selected and the delivery shows as successful but the receiver is disputing the delivery, it is the receiver’s responsibility to contact the Shipping Carrier and raise the dispute. If required, Saramanda Shoes and/or Keiko Brand can assist the receiver with this process and provide any supporting documentation.

Return To Sender (RTS) & Refused Customs/Import Fees

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter their full and correct address (including Business Name if applicable), ensure that they are available to be contacted for delivery to be arranged (if applicable), as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point (if applicable). Saramanda Shoes and/or Keiko Brand is not liable for any information entered incorrectly in the checkout, which is a secure environment.

For Australian customers, if the parcel cannot be delivered due to the customer’s error or is not collected within the Australia Post time frame and therefore returned to sender (RTS), Saramanda Shoes and/or Keiko Brand will contact the customer with options and advice on the cost for re-shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to make payment and provide the true and correct address, as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point, if applicable. We do not accept change of mind on customer purchases after their order has been processed, including change of mind when re-shipping.

For International customers, if the parcel cannot be delivered due to the customer’s error, or if a customer refuses to pay the required Customs/Import Fees applicable to their country, fails to arrange delivery with the courier company or fails to pick up the parcel from the collection point and the parcel becomes returned to sender (RTS), Saramanda Shoes and/or Keiko Brand will contact the customer with advice on the cost for RTS, which the customer is wholly responsible for.
